Be sure to specify finished or unfinished seat backs.
If the outside booth back is concealed by a wall or a divider you can usually avoid the expense of finishing that particular surface. Of course, if the booth back is exposed to view in the original plan or may be moved later on, having the back finished in the factory is most practical.
